How to Become a Online VIP?
  • Single order upon $800, your account will be automatically upgraded to VIP within 7 working days.
  • Accumulate $2,000 in purchases within 2 months, your account will also be automatically upgraded to VIP within 7 working days.
  • Becoming a VIP at a retail store automatically grants you Online VIP status; similarly, becoming a Online VIP also grants Retail Store VIP status. Note: The points programs for online and stores are separate and not shared.

  • Year-Round Discount: Enjoy 10% off starting from your next purchase after becoming a VIP.
  • Birthday Offer: Once registered as a Website VIP, you can add your birthday in your Account and enjoy an extra 10% off your entire order during your birthday month (minimum spend of $1,000 required)
  • Points Reward Program: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the website. Points can be redeemed for online discount codes.

  • Single purchase upon $800, become a permanent VIP immediately.
  • Accumulate $2,000 in purchases within 2 months, you can also become a permanent VIP.
  • Becoming a VIP online automatically grants Retail Store VIP status; similarly, becoming a VIP in a retail store also grants Online VIP status. Note: The points programs for online and stores are separate and not shared.

  • Year-Round Discount: Enjoy 10% off immediately.
  • Birthday Offer: Receive an extra 10% off your entire order during your birthday month (minimum spend of $1,000 required).

Retail Store Points Redemption Policy
To protect members’ interests after previous incidents of points theft, the following policy are in place for in-store points redemption:
  • Redemption must be carried out in person by the VIP member.
  • Please bring the WhatsApp number registered in our system. Staff will send a confirmation message to this number to verify your identity before allowing points redemption.
  • Customers are required to sign the receipt after redeeming points.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
