Delivery

(A) Free Delivery

Free delivery to the below destination for order amount more than HKD $450:

1. Industrial and Commercial Building
2. SF Store or SF Locker*
3. Residential Area
4. Remote area and some outlying island areas may incur extra charge.

(B) Customer Paid Delivery
If order amount is below HKD$450, we ship with SF Express and customer pay for shipping cost when pick up order. The shipping fee starts from HKD$30.

If you want to ship to SF store or SF locker, please fill in SF store code and address, such as: "852BAL Shop 38, G/F, Charming Garden Phase 2, Hoi Wang Road, Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong"

According to SF Express’s official announcement, the self-pickup point partnership between SF Express Hong Kong and 7-Eleven convenience stores will expire on 31 December 2025. Starting from 1 January 2026, self-pickup services at 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong and Macau will be terminated. SF Express will also stop delivering parcels to 7-Eleven stores from 28 December 2025. Any parcels that remain uncollected after 31 December 2025 will be returned to the SF Express warehouse. Once returned, they can no longer be redirected to 7-Eleven stores and must instead be delivered to other SF Express self-operated service points or authorised partner locations.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. In case of any errors or omissions, customers are required to contact the courier company directly to make amendments.
(A) Free Shipping
Free shipping via Hongkong Post Speedpost (EMS) is available for orders with a net purchase amount of HKD$1,000 or above after discounts. Orders below HKD$1,000 are not eligible for shipping service.

We currently provide shipping services to selected regions only. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
*For overseas shipments, customs declaration and import duties may apply. We will contact customers to collect any applicable charges.


Payment

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Failure to settle payment within 3 days upon order made will be seen as order cancel.
